   Consulting and negotiating with state institutions, syndicates and employers’ organizations for protection of the professional, creative, and social interests of the specialists in science and technique.

   Working out standpoints and participating in developing the draft laws, regulations, instructions, programs and other normative documents related to the development of science, technique and technologies;

   Organizing creative groups for researching, developing, ecspert, consulting and other activities related to the solving of particular tasks in the economic sphere in the region of Pernik

   Organizing courses aimed at enhancing the professional and the language qualification and at adopting additional qualification by the specialists and the unemployed in the region

   Organizing competitions and promoting the creative work of the specialists and first and foremost of the youth;

   Developing the scientific and technical information system and propagating the attainments of the technical intellectuals in the country and abroad;
